Upgrade your 1964–1974 GM A, F, and X body vehicle with a complete power front drum-to-disc brake conversion from LEED Brakes. Designed for classic Chevrolet Nova, Chevelle, Camaro, and El Camino models, as well as Pontiac GTO and LeMans, Buick Skylark and GS, and Oldsmobile Cutlass and 442 platforms, this system delivers modern braking performance with factory-style fitment.
This kit includes red powder-coated single-piston calipers that mount directly to factory control arms. High-performance cross-drilled and slotted zinc-plated rotors reduce brake fade by evacuating heat and gases during aggressive braking. Improved pad-to-rotor contact provides stronger, more consistent stopping power and improved pedal response.
All LEED Brakes booster and master cylinder assemblies are preset before shipping. Proper pushrod depth is critical to prevent brake drag and ensure full brake release. Watch this video to correctly measure pushrod clearance and verify proper booster setup before installation.
